Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

I generally offer refunds for damaged items, missing orders, shipping issues, duplicate orders, or situations where something simply went wrong. If you are unhappy with your order, contact me within 30 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method.

Returns

For physical returns, items should be returned in reasonable condition. In many cases, photos of damaged items are enough and a return shipment may not be necessary.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, PDFs, and other digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital item, contact me and I’ll help resolve it.

Exchanges

If a book arrives damaged or defective, I’m happy to replace it. Please email photos of the damage along with your order information.
